Thousand Miles.

Muchos gracias a Juan de Sabrosa.

Different times in my life I have had more or less time to ride my bike. I have found that the busier I get with work and kid's the less time that I have to get on the bike. Now I look for small windows of time to pedal and sneak it in where I can. Also about once a week I will get in what could be considered a real ride. Even that gets duped if there are too many kid's activities on Saturdays. I was reading something about 1000 miles by bike and I decided to see how long it is going to take me to ride a cool grand. At other points in my life it could be about 1 month. This year it may take me all summer. I am counting all townie rides. mountain bike rides and road rides. anything that I pedal counts. I am starting today; not because I have in my plans to do a century or something, but because today is a Wednesday, I am busy and I will have my bike with me down town to run errands. feel free to play along. By the way there is no contest here. There are few cyclo-computers and a bit o guessing.
